Join Bellevue Parks & Community Services at the new Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue Main Club, conveniently located across the street from the west side of the Downtown Park.  For over 22 years, the city and Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue have collaborated, co-managed and provided programming at five facilities throughout Bellevue.

Yoga Class

Increase your strength and flexibility.  This class is for all levels of yoga experience.  Learn balancing poses, deep stretching, and develop a calm mind and body.  Wear comfortable clothing, and bring water, yoga mat, yoga strap and/or block.

Strength Training

Work on toning, balance, stretching and strengthening upper and lower body with the use of light weights and tubing. Technique is emphasized to create a workout that is fun, safe, effective and uplifting.

Tai Chi - Mindful Movement

These classes offer guided movement based on Chi Kung and soft-style martial arts.  Class encourages proper posture for effective stretching, combined with easy strengthening exercise.  Feel an immediate sense of refreshed focus and relaxation.

Fit 4 Mom

This is a fitness program moms can do WITH their babies!  Fit 4 Mom includes power walking/jogging with intervals of strength and body toning exercises.  Songs and activities are woven into the routine to engage children.  Participants must have a doctor's approval to exercise.  Your first class is FREE!

Art for Fun - Painting the Bellevue Skyline
Enjoy the sweeping view as you paint the Bellevue city skyline with Downtown Park in the foreground.  All materials and basic instruction are provided.  Work at your own pace or alongside artist Shelly Volstead.  Canvas provided.  All levels welcome.

Versatile Acrylics Studio
This class is designed to take students from a basic knowledge of acrylics to a new level.  In-class demonstrations will be given on use of color, composition and perspective within the realm of landscape.  Several small paintings will be done, depending on each student's individual pace and choice.

Connections Cafe

Connections Café offers free workshops that teach you techniques for creating connections and building community at home, work and in your neighborhood.  Workshops are scheduled to build skills incrementally; however, you can attend one without the others.  These classes will be limited to 30 students.  Pre-registration is highly suggested.
